Section 70(1) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(1)A registered graduate who has conformed to the provisions made in these statutes shall be entitled to vote and/or stand as candidate at the election of a member of the Board provided under sub-section (1) III (ii) of section 19 of the Act.
