Section 11(c) in The U.P. Basic Education (Teachers) (Posting) Rules, 2008
(c)the candidate would be required to complete all formalities within fifteen days of issue of appointment letter. After fifteen days' remaining vacancies would be filled in as per the above procedure from among the waiting list.
