A register of correspondence received in, and issued from, the office of the District and Sessions Judge shall be kept in the prescribed from (Form No. XV-80). The serial numbering (column 1) shall commence afresh on the 1st January each year. The date, month and year and the day of the week shall be written in red ink across the page above the entries for each day.
