Section 13(1) in Gujarat State Higher Education Council Act, 2016
(1)The Council shall meet, as often as may he necessary, at such time and place and observe such rules of procedure for transaction of business at such meetings as may be prescribed by The regulations, but it shall meet at least twice a year.
