15. Identity of applicant.
(1)Every application shall be accompanied by necessary documents to establish the identity of the applicant as per the Fifth Schedule.(2)Every application shall be accompanied by necessary documents to demonstrate that the applicant is in -(a)ownership of the warehouse stated in the application as mentioned in the Sixth Schedule; or(b)effective control of the warehouse stated in the application as per the First Schedule.
