Section 15(2) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(2)Every application shall be accompanied by necessary documents to demonstrate that the applicant is in -(a)ownership of the warehouse stated in the application as mentioned in the Sixth Schedule; or(b)effective control of the warehouse stated in the application as per the First Schedule.
