(2)If a candidate detects any discrepancy in total, carry over posting of sessional marks, division, award of honour of distinction in his mark-sheet, he shall make an application for the same within a period of not exceeding one month from the date of declaration of results, to the Secretary, Board of Technical Education, U.P. Lucknow through the Principal of his institution and he shall also forward a copy of such an application direct to the Board Office through registered post within the same period.
