Section 5(4) in U.P. Co-operative Sugar Mills and Distilleries Employees Service Regulations, 2015
(4)Under sub-regulation (3) the age shall be such as mentioned in the high school certificate or is equivalent certificate of the candidates. Where a person did not pass any such examination, then he has to submit such certificate as is considered necessary by the Appointing Authority.
