Section 10(2) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Chairperson and Members' Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service Rules, 2006
(2)The Chairperson and Members shall be paid in cash equivalent to the leave at their credit at the time of conclusion of their term with the Commission, subject to the condition, that, -(a)the admissibility of such payment shall be limited to a maximum period of one hundred and fifty days earned leave;(b)the cash so admissible, shall become payable on conclusion of his term with the Commission and be paid in lump-sum as one time settlement; and(c)the rate of leave salary and dearness allowance admissible under this rule, shall be the same as is admissible to the Financial Commissioner Grade Officer of the State of Punjab on the date of retirement.
