Section 10(2)(c) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Chairperson and Members' Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service Rules, 2006

(c)the rate of leave salary and dearness allowance admissible under this rule, shall be the same as is admissible to the Financial Commissioner Grade Officer of the State of Punjab on the date of retirement.
