Section 61 in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
61. Loss of license.
- When a license granted under these rules is lost or accidentally destroyed, a duplicate may be granted on the submission of written request explaining the circumstances under which the license was lost or destroyed, along with copy of police complaint, two sets of drawings identical with those attached to the license and on payment of a fee as specified in clause (B) of Schedule I.
