Section 73(4) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009
(4)The Head of Institution or teacher or other employee transferred to the new institution shall have his name included at the bottom of the seniority list of the Head of Institution or teacher or other employee of his grade i.e. he will lose his seniority.
