Section 3(1) in The National Council For Teacher Education Rules, 1997
(1)The expert members shall be appointed under sub-clause (v) of clause (m) of sub-section (4) of section 3 alternatively from the first cycle and the second cycle as specified in sub-rules (2) and (3).
