Section 20(1) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(1)The Academic Council shall consist of-(a)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairperson;(b)the Registrar, who shall be the Secretary; and(c)such other members as may be prescribed.
