Section 20 in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
20. The Academic Council.
(1)The Academic Council shall consist of-(a)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairperson;(b)the Registrar, who shall be the Secretary; and(c)such other members as may be prescribed.(2)The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act the rules, the Statutes and the Ordinances, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the University.
