Section 12(12) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2016
12.1The Tariff for supply of electricity from a hydro power generating station shall comprise of capacity charge and energy charge to be derived in the manner specified in these Regulations, for recovery of annual fixed cost consisting of the following components :(a)Return on Equity ;(b)Interest and Financing Charges on Loan Capital ;(c)Depreciation ;(d)Operation and Maintenance Expenses ;(e)Interest Charges on Working Capital ;Less :(f)Non-Tariff IncomeNorms of operation
