Section 40(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination) Regulations, 2017
(1)In case of small hydro projects, the proceeds of carbon credit from approved CDM project shall be retained by the Small Hydro Project generator and shall not be adjusted in the tariff.
