98. Approval and maintenance of list of exempted workers.
(1)A list of workers in a factory to whom Provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 64 have been applied shall be submitted in duplicate by the Manager in form No. 15 to the Chief Inspector for approval.(2)The list approved by the Chief Inspector under sub-rule (1) shall be pasted at the back of the front cover of the Inspection Book.
