Section 125(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)every runway or ramp provided for use of building workers located more than three meters above the floor or ground is on open sides provided with a guardrail or adequate strength and height of not less than one thousand millimeters.
