Section 17(1) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
(1)On receipt of the recommendation of the Expert Group, the Government shall take a final decision on the proposed acquisition in conformity with the provision in sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 8 of the Act
