26. Inspectors and procedure.
(1)For the purposes of this Act, the Commissioner may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint such persons or officers as he thinks fit, to be Inspectors within such local limits as he may assign to them.(2)No offence under this Act shall be investigated except by an Inspector appointed under sub-section (1).
