Section 26(1) in The Bombay Drugs (Control) Act, 1959.
(1)For the purposes of this Act, the Commissioner may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint such persons or officers as he thinks fit, to be Inspectors within such local limits as he may assign to them.
