Section 11(1) in The Statutes of the Punjabi University
(1)The Financial Committee shall consist of the following persons, namely:(i)the Vice-Chancellor as Chairman;(i-a) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(ii)Finance Secretary of the State Government or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(iii)the Education Secretary to the State Government;(iv)the Dean, Academic Affairs;(v)two members to be elected by the Senate;(vi)two members to be elected by the Syndicate;
