Section 100 in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
100. Power to exempt co-operative societies from provisions of this Act.
- The State Government may by an order in writing,-(a)exempt any society or class of societies from the application of any of the provisions of this Act or any of the rules made thereunder; and(5)direct that any such provisions shall apply to such society or class of societies to such extent as may be specified in the order.
