7. Terms and conditions of service of Member Secretary-cum-State Project Director.
(1)The member Secretary-Cum- State Project Director shall be a person of Indian administrative service cadre, who is in-charge secretary/ special secretary / additional secretary of Higher Education. He shall be appointed by the State Government.(2)The Member Secretary-cum-State Project Director shall exercise such powers and perform such functions which are conferred or imposed on him under this Act and such other powers and functions as may be prescribed.
