Section 43(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The Heads of the institutions shall assess the performance of candidates in School Assessment Based subjects in case of SSC/HSSC as per prescribed norms and submit the grades obtained by the candidates to the Board within the specified time limit in the specified proforma in sealed packets.
