Section 11 in The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1979
11. Admissible to the examination.
(1)A candidate found eligible by the Commission to appear at the written examination shall receive from the Secretary to the Commission a certificate of admission for the said examination along with an intimation as to the date and place of the examination and the time-table thereof.(2)The certificate of admission shall be produced by the candidate before securing admission in the examination hall.
