Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.(3)(i)This shall extend to the colleges included in the Schedule;(ii)This shall extend to all the colleges and institutions that may be established or maintained by the Vishwavidyalaya in accordance with the provisions of this Adhiniyam, the rules, the statutes, the ordinances and the regulations.(4)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may appoint by Notification in Official Gazette.
