(2)Access for fighting. - (a) Buildings and plants shall be so laid and roads, passage ways etc. so maintained as to permit unobstructed access for fire fighting.(b)Doors and windows opening shall be located in a suitable position on all external walls of the building to provide easy access to the entire area within the building for fire fighting.
