Section 2 in The Rajasthan Education Department (Primary and Secondary Teachers) Benevolent Fund Rules, 1975
2. Applicability.
- These rules will be applicable to all the employees of the Education Department (Primary & Secondary [Education] [Substituted by G.S.R. 54, dated 23-6-1979; Published in Rajasthan Gazette Part 4-C(I), dated 19-7-79], but they shall not be applicable to the temporary employees appointed for less than one Calendar year.
