Section 25(5) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(5)The faculty shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Dean - Ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)the Chairperson of each Board of Studies for the subjects comprised in the Faculty;(iii)One member of each Board of Studies to be elected by the members of the Board of Studies from among themselves out of whom at least one shall be a postgraduate teacher; and(iv)two subject experts, preferably from outside the State, nominated by the Vice Chancellor.
