(1)The presiding officer shall then make into separate packet,-(a)the marked copy of the electoral roll;(b)the register of voters in Form 17-A;(c)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list in Form 17-B;(d)the list of challenged votes; and(e)any other papers directed by the Election Commission to be kept in a sealed packet.(2)Each packet shall be sealed with the seal of the presiding officer and with the seal either of the candidate or of his election agent or of his polling agent who may be present at the polling station and may desire to affix his seal thereon.
