Section 49U(1) in Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961
(1)The presiding officer shall then make into separate packet,-(a)the marked copy of the electoral roll;(b)the register of voters in Form 17-A;(c)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list in Form 17-B;(d)the list of challenged votes; and(e)any other papers directed by the Election Commission to be kept in a sealed packet.
