Section 9(4)(iv) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(iv)The certificate in support of the conditions laid down in Clauses (ii) and (iii) above shall be acceptable only, if the same issued by the employer.
