97. Prohibition against and regulation of door, gate, bar or ground floor window opening outwards.
(1)No door, gate, bar or ground floor window shall, without a licence from the Executive Authority, be hung or placed so as to open outwards upon any public road vested in the Gram Panchayat.(2)The Executive Authority may, by notice, require the owner of such door, gate, bar or ground floor window to alter it, so that no part thereof when open shall project over the public road.
