Section 3(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
(1)There shall be a Board to be called 'Board of Professional Entrance Examinations' for conducting entrance tests and making selection of candidates for admission to various professional courses in the State.
