Section 3 in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
3. Constitution of Board.
(1)There shall be a Board to be called 'Board of Professional Entrance Examinations' for conducting entrance tests and making selection of candidates for admission to various professional courses in the State.(2)The Board shall consist of a Chairman and such other members as the Government may appoint.
