- Every licence shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified in Schedule I:Provided that where the licence is with respect to storage of any agricultural produce in any Cold Storage in existence at the commencement of this Order, nothing in paragraph 3 of Part 2 of the Schedule shall apply to such licence.
