Section 11(1)(iii) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001

(iii)consider the reports of enquiries into the allegations of drunkenness, negligence of duty, misconduct on the part of Boiler Operation Engineers and shall take such action as it may consider necessary.
