Section 11 in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
11. Functions of the Board of Examiners.
(1)The, Board of Examiners shall, -(i)conduct examination and practical tests of candidates for the grant of first class and second class certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer;(ii)grant certificates of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer; and(iii)consider the reports of enquiries into the allegations of drunkenness, negligence of duty, misconduct on the part of Boiler Operation Engineers and shall take such action as it may consider necessary.
