Section 73(1) in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
(1)After taking into consideration such objections as may have been received by him, the Collector shall forward to the Government the settlement report with his remarks thereon. Such report together with the objections, if any, received and the remarks of the Collector thereon shall be laid by the Government on the Table of the Goa, Daman and Diu Legislative Assembly. The said report may be discussed by resolution moved in the said Assembly at its next following Session. The Government shall thereafter pass such orders thereon as it may deem fit.
