Section 21(1) in The Central Silk Board Silkworm Seed Regulations, 2010
(1)The Central Seed Testing Laboratory shall have the following infrastructure and facilities, namely.-(i)Laboratory building;(ii)phase contrast microscope;(iii)cutter type mixer with 10000 rpm;(iv)centrifuge;(v)cyclomixer;(vi)refrigerator.
