Section 7(2) in The West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1979
(2)The officers and staff of the [Directorate of Library Services] [Words substituted for the words 'Directorate of Libraries' by W.B. Act 8 of 1982.] shall be wholetime Government employees and the terms and conditions of their services shall be such as may be prescribed.
