Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act, 2019
(1)The Hon'ble Judge shall place the tender related documents referred to for Judicial Preview by the concerned Government Agency or the Local Authority, in public domain for a week and invite suggestions.
