Section 23(6) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979
(6)where a person seeking legal aid-(a)is concerned with the proceedings only in a representative or official capacity; or(b)is concerned with the proceedings jointly with some other person or persons whose interests are identical with his and such person or any of such persons is adequately represented in the proceedings; or(c)is a formal party to the proceedings, not materially concerned in the outcome of the proceedings and his interests are not likely to be prejudiced on account of the absence of proper representation.
