Section 54(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(1)In case of accidents, arrangements for medical aid, evacuation of sick, injured passengers and access for ambulance, staff and vehicles shall be made and included as per the provisions specified in special instructions.
