Section 54 in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak Act, 2008
54. Superannuation. - (1) The age of superannuation of the member of service in the University shall be of 62 years.
(2)In case of teacher imparting Medical Education, working under the administration of Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, the superannuation age shall be of 65 years. It is further clarified that teachers imparting Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy education etc. are excluded from this proviso.
