20. Arrangements with insurers for distribution of products.
(a)No arrangements shall be made by the Insurance Web Aggregators with the insurers which are against the interests of policyholders;(b)The details pertaining to the arrangement made by the Insurance Web Aggregators with the insurers are given in Form L (Arrangements with insurers for distribution of products) of Schedule III of these regulations.
