Section 56(1) in The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997
(1)The provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything in consistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a court or other authority.
