Section 12(1) in Veterinary Council of India (Procedure for recognition and de-recognition of Veterinary Colleges and Veterinary Qualifications) Rules, 2017
(1)An application for expansion of a recognised Veterinary College or Veterinary Institution or increasing the number of intake of students in the recognised Veterinary College or Veterinary Institution or both shall be submitted in Form-XII, along with such fee and other documents as may be specified by these rules, to the Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi - 11001.
